Do all rentals stay in Georgia? +
Yes. All vehicles must remain within the state of Georgia at all times.
What kind of insurance do I need? +
All renters must provide their own full-coverage auto insurance in their name. GigWheels does
not sell or provide any insurance, CDW, LDW, SLI, or personal-accident coverage to renters.
Our fleet policy covers DMV registration and GigWheels employees only — it does not extend to
renters. We recommend Progressive or State Farm for competitive rideshare/delivery-friendly
coverage. Proof of insurance (declarations page listing you as a named insured) is required
before pick-up.
How old do I need to be to rent? +
GigWheels renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license.
Is a background check required? +
Yes. A background check is required for all GigWheels applicants.
What forms of payment do you accept? +
Weekly payments via card, Cash App, or Zelle. Ask our team about zero-deposit options when you apply.
How fast can I get a vehicle? +
Most approved drivers are in a vehicle within 1–3 business days.
